People Leadership: Inspiring, coaching, and mentoring people, leading by example.2. Change & Transformation: Continuously looking at ways to improve, re-engineering processes where needed, improving operational efficiencies, focusing on quality.3. Hands-On: A positive, can-do attitude, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in when needed.4. Rota Management: Reviewing and improving current rota to improve efficiency.5. Motor Trade Industry: This role is working for a business in the motor trade industry.
