CCP is seeking a Contact Centre Manager for a client in Leicestershire to oversee a 20FTE contact centre operation.
The salary for this position ranges from £50,000 to £60,000, with an OTE of £75,000 to £80,000 based on business performance.
Candidates must have a strong background in people leadership, change and transformation, and hands-on management.
Experience in the motor trade industry is beneficial but not essential for this role.
The position requires a physical presence in the office five days a week on a rotating schedule.
