Sonic Summary

Hinckley and Bosworth Council is seeking class 2 refuse drivers for additional Christmas cover, requiring work during specified weeks in December and January.
The pay rate for this position is £15.00 per hour, with holiday accrual included.
Candidates must have prior experience as a class 2 driver and will need to attend a paid induction lasting approximately 4 hours.
Inductions are scheduled for December 11th and 13th at 08:30 am, and participants must wear or obtain Orange hi-vis trousers and vest/jacket.
While this role is primarily for the Christmas period, there is potential for ongoing work into the new year.

We're recruiting for a number of class 2 refuse drivers to help support with additional Christmas cover at Hinckley and Bosworth Council (LE10 3DU).

Cover will be required over the following weeks, excluding weekends and the main bank holidays:

Pay rate for the position is 15.00 per hour plus holiday accrual. Starting at 06.00 am finishing around 2 pm.

Inductions last around 4 hours and is paid for.

Please note: You will need to have Orange hi-vis trousers and vest/jacket or be prepared to obtain them prior to starting.

Although these roles are mainly for the Christmas period, regular work could continue into the new year and throughout.
