We are working with a national business compliance company based in Hinckley, that offers expert advice on HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety to more than 14,000 businesses across the UK.

They are currently looking for an individual to join their internal sales team. This is a role that offers basic salary plus commission and bonus, and is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated, hard-working team and advance your career.About the job:

In this role you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and conducting sales video calls to sell the HR services of the business. You will be generating and securing referral leads and joining a high-energy, target-focussed team. Previous experience in B2B is essential.

Commission Structure:

This role offers a basic salary of £25,000 plus a quarterly bonus that generates an additional £20,000 per year if performing on target. In addition to this, there is a commission structure to further increase income. Additional information around this is available if required.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attending sales appointments booked by the Telesales team
  • Generating new leads, appointments and referrals through new business activities
  • Attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners
  • Achieving sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Building, managing and maintaining your sales pipeline

You

  • 2 years’ minimum experience in B2B sales
  • Confidence in your ability to perform well
  • Ability to sell to different audiences including Business Owners, HR Managers etc.
  • Communication skills
  • Comfortable selling via video calls
  • Experience within HR is not required, full training is provided

On Offer

  • Annual salary up to £25,000
  • OTE up to £90,000
  • Quarterly bonus
