Marketing Manager
Certain Advantage have partnered with an engineering product business and they are seeking a new marketer to manage B2B marketing strategy and run campaigns for the business.
There is a very exciting project to start initially which includes a complete website change for the business which you will be responsible for.
The company has been established for a long time and currently through a large growth plan, to increase staff size and ultimately revenue. This is an SME business with a strong emphasis on company culture working in new offices with over 50+ staff in the UK. You will be supporting with a few brands within the group.

What you will do:
You will work as a marketing manager to shape the marketing strategy and drive growth with the support and work alongside the Marketing Director.
You will be hands on with your marketing approach but also successful in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing, CRM, and automation.
You will initially get started on a major project and have a great initial impact leading the overhaul of the company and brands website. This will be important to enhance brand image and online engagement.
You will also work on:
- Working on marketing plans to support the growth of the business
- Create compelling content and collateral
- Coordinate with agencies
- Project manage exhibitions and trade events
- Be a proficient user of design-based applications (InDesign, Premier Pro or similar)
- Coordinate and oversee video content
- Work closely with colleagues to execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance, providing regular reports and analysis
- CRM management
- Conduct market research to identify trends
- Track key marketing metrics, activities, spends, and outcomes, providing insights to the Marketing Director.
- Project management
What you will bring:
- Degree in Marketing or similar experience
- Project management and deadline management
- Creative design skills for crafting campaigns and other creative content.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent understanding of current marketing practices.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, construction, or similar industry.
- Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- CRM system experience (SugarCRM).
- Experience in website management and content creation.
