Macildowie are working exclusively with a leading manufacturing business, to recruit a Marketing Manager to take their marketing to the next level.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in elevating the company's marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass managing three websites, devising and executing marketing campaigns, and overseeing social media platforms. Your primary objectives include enhancing brand awareness, generating leads for the sales team, launching new products, and effectively managing both strategy and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding sector requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve company objectives.
  • Produce branded internal documents and manage all social media platforms and content.
  • Plan and coordinate on-site events and exhibitions.
  • Conduct photography.
  • Manage internal marketing requests, setting realistic expectations with requestors and clarifying briefs.
  • Enhance the company's market profile by creating and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the creative production of online and offline marketing assets, including graphic design, video production, and web development, from initial concept to execution.
  • Manage new product development and product launches from end to end.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop and present effective and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in social media marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of detail and accuracy.
  • Project management and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage workload, strategize, and deliver marketing methods.
