Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our established family business and team.
This 360 marketing role requires at least 5 years of experience and involves creating and implementing marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and attract new clients.
The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to promote the brand both online and offline, while managing B2B strategies and CRM.
Candidates should possess a qualification in Marketing or a similar field, along with strong IT, creative, and communication skills.
The position offers a salary of up to £43,000, depending on experience, along with pension and other benefits to be discussed during the application process.

This position is a 360 marketing role, we want someone who is an all-rounder and who can create and implement a marketing strategy, enhance customer engagement and relationships and attract new clients. You will be working closely with the sales team and promoting our brand online and offline.

Responsibilities

Build knowledge of company products to promote
Create and implement marketing campaigns
Use marketing techniques to enhance relationships
Work closely and support the Sales Team

Manage CRM
Create content for website, mailers and promotional materials
Create content for all social media channels

Qualifications / Skillset

Qualification / Degree in Marketing or similar
Or experience in a similar marketing role (at least 5 years)
E-Commerce experience
CRM
It literate
Creative
Confident
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
