Sales Executive - Hinckley (LE10)


Start Date: Monday 11th November
Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 + 250 Guaranteed Bonus (First 3 Months)
Uncapped Monthly and Quarterly Bonus - OTE 40k+ (Top Performers 65k+)


Are you a motivated and driven sales professional? My client, a rapidly growing business in Hinckley, is looking for Sales Executives to join their expanding team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the company's growth by developing new business opportunities and introducing my client's services to other businesses. The more business you win, the more money you can earn.

* Basic salary of 24,000 to 26,000 per annum
* Generous uncapped bonus (OTE 40k+, top performers 65k+) with a guaranteed 250 bonus for the first three months

What we're looking for:


* A minimum of 1 year's sales experience (preferably phone-based)
* A resilient, sales-driven, and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a target-driven environment
* Self-motivated and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
* Ability to commute to Hinckley (LE10)


Key responsibilities:


* Contact business owners to set up appointments or online demonstrations
* Work closely with Business Development Managers to promote the company's consultancy services
* Play an active role in achieving personal and team sales targets
