As a Sales Manager, you will be highly motivated and customer service driven, with a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you will see them through the whole experience from start till finish.

General responsibilities:

• Welcome all customers, and direct them.
• Be on hand to discuss car selections.
• Walked customers through the buying options.
• Close deals.

To be considered you must have:

• 5 year's experience within the used car sales sector.
• Close sales deals effectively.
• Outstanding customer service experience.
• Confident mentor and coach.
• Happy to negotiate and keen eye for detail.
• Have or be happy to train for FCA Accreditation.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Have pride in your appearance.

This role offers you:

• £35K salary plus uncapped commission
• Permanent from day one
• Choice of Company car - Audi - BMW- Mercedes.
