The role is mainly sitebased but can include 1 day home-based for the right candidate. The role will involve:- Maintaining and developing current business relations and brining in new business- Managing internal and external office staff and OH Technicians- Sign off paperwork- Dealing with profit and loss- Social media strategy and implementation- Bring in and develop new Occupational Health services- Coach and inspire internal team members in the OH team- Manage budgets and allocate resources- Foster a positive team culture- Drive innovation and stay up to date with trends- Attend onsite to perform assessments, monitor team performance and help them growTo apply you will need to be an experienced and qualified Occupational Health Manager on part 3 of the NMC with strong managerial and leadership Occupational Health skills. You will need to have experience of SEQOSH accreditation. leading clinical audit and HAV's, health surveillance and case management experience.Salary: up to £50,000 + Benefits
