Duties include:
  • Delivering a range of accredited vocational qualifications; Functional Skills; Employability and Essential Digital Skills to learners aged 19+.   
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Train, assess, motivate and support learners to develop personal and social skills to better prepare them for the working world and develop life skills. 
  • Undertake initial assessments for each learner and devise individual action plans to include SMART targets. 
  • Monitor student progress and engagement through regular assessment and reviews.
  • Ongoing development of schemes of work and lesson plans, implementing differentiation in teaching and learning.
