As a Client Resolution Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for the valued client when they have any concerns or queries. Your mission? To provide swift, solutions-focused support while ensuring the highest levels of customer service and retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling client complaints and turning them into retention opportunities
- Investigating concerns thoroughly and responding in a timely, professional manner
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service
- Activating new memberships and scheduling initial consultations
- Handling inbound calls from clients and consultants to provide first-class support
