Highly skilled Customer Care Operative required by a mid-size House Builder to cover sites from Nottingham, across to Melton Mowbray, down to Coventry and across to Newbold Verdon.

As the Customer Care Operative, you’ll work collaboratively with the Customer Care Team to deliver a first-class service to customers during the post completion, 2-year warranty period.

You’ll be expected to carry out accepted warranty or defect works and ensure they are completed in accordance with weekly schedule of appointments and inspect properties for defects, overseeing works undertaken by Sub-Contractors, as required. You’ll understand that it is essential to ensure the property and furnishings are properly protected prior to commencing works to avoid any accidental damage to the customer’s belongings and property.

As well as having a broad range of trades skills, you’ll be presentable, professional, and polite with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.

It goes without saying that you’ll work to a high standard, taking pride in superior workmanship. You’ll have excellent face to face customer service skills from dealing directly with homeowners or tenants, a broad multi trades background, a good understanding of construction/house building and be IT literate.

This role comes with a Company Van, Fuel Card and Phone.
