Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone & email ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Engage with customers directly listening and understanding the customers needs, dealing with the query directly or ensuring passed to the correct department to action accordingly
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • No qualifications required however proven experience in a customer service office based role (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Training from day one will be provided.

Temporary position working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm 12.05 per hour.
