Our client is actively seeking a committed and enthusiastic Customer Service Diary Planner to become part of their vibrant team. What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Diary Planner, your daily responsibilities will centre around offering exceptional support to our clients. You'll be regularly engaging with existing clients, arranging appointments, addressing and resolving service issues, and performing various administrative duties. Your role will also involve familiarising yourself with our databases and systems to effectively respond to client's needs. Your capability to manage telephone calls from clients and consultants, resolving queries and identifying opportunities for retention will be vital.

  • Engage with existing clients to schedule their Anniversary appointments with consultants
  • Address all client service issues in accordance with the complaints procedure
  • Carry out administrative duties including rearranging appointments
  • Resolve all client service issues promptly focusing on client resolution and retention
  • Familiarise with all client databases and systems to adequately respond to the client
  • Ensure quick responses to client queries, service issues and requests to cancel
  • Keep up-to-date client profile including additional sites, change in employee information and undertake investigations where necessary
  • Handle client and consultant telephone calls and resolve queries, service issues and retention opportunity requests
