Sonic Summary

The position of Service Advisor offers a basic salary of up to £30,000 with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of approximately £34,000, including profit share.
The role requires candidates to have prior experience in a Service Advisor position, emphasizing customer service and upselling skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with an early finish on Fridays and no weekend work required.
Candidates should be familiar with Motor Dealership Database Software and possess excellent communication abilities to interact with customers effectively.
Franchise training will be provided to the successful applicant, making this an excellent opportunity for growth within the automotive industry.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive franchised dealership group who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Hinckley area.Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.Their minimum requirements for a Service Advisor are as follows:

A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software

As a Service Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:

Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
