Prospect Health is seeking two Associate Dentists for their newly renovated practice in Hinckley, Birmingham.
The role offers a salary of £11 per UDA with a flexible UDA target and opportunities for both NHS and private work.
Candidates should be GDC registered and have an active NHS performers number, with full-time availability preferred but part-time considered.
The practice provides in-house training and courses to enhance the associate's knowledge and skills.

Prospect Health are currently working with a Client based in Birmingham and Hinckley who are looking to grow their dedicated team to work in their newly renovated and refurbished practices.The practices are looking to hire 2 Associate Dentists for their Hinckley practice.The right candidate will be offered £11 per UDA, along with an achievable and flexible UDA target.The Hinckley practice offers both NHS and private work and since the refurbishment, they are now looking to grow the private side of the practice.Full time associate preferred, however a part time role can be considered. This is the ideal position for an associate looking to further their knowledge as the practice offers an array of training and courses in house on a regular basis.

Key Duties

Interacting with patients and advising on care
Performing necessary procedures once diagnosis has been established
Fostering professional relationships with dentists at the centre
Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures

50/50 lab fees
45/55 private split (45 to associate, 55 to practice)
