About the Role:
Zeal are seeking a skilled and motivatedVehicle Preparation Technicianto join our team in Hinckley. This is an exciting opportunity to work with amulti-brandrange of new and used vehicles, with a primary focus onFord cars, in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparenew and used vehiclesfor sale or customer collection.
  • Performservicing, repairs, and MOT preparationon a variety of vehicle brands, with an emphasis onFord models.
  • Conductdiagnostic hook-upsto identify and resolve vehicle issues.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure timely vehicle turnaround.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics, especially onFord vehicles, but must be able to work onany brand.
  • MOT testing qualification (preferred but not essential).
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment.
