Static Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Biased) - Leicestershire - Salary up to 39,000

CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a static Electricalbiased Multi Skilled Engineer to join a leading facilities company. This is covering a commercial site in a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. with no on call.

Key duties & Responsibilities

  • Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required
  • Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all electrical / Mechanical systems
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Maintain and update Logbooks
  • Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
  • Changing taps/washers
  • Repair and servicing of mechanical & electrical (M&E) equipment, PPM & reactive.
  • Managing priorities within contract constraints.
  • Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals.
  • Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.
Person Specification:

  • Previously worked within a maintenance environment
  • Experience of electrical systems management and paperwork
  • Experience of working with business critical equipment
  • Post apprenticeship experience within a maintenance environment
  • Good knowledge and understanding of a range of complex mechanical systems (Desirable)
  • A good basic education is essential, with good written and spoken English and basic mathematical skills.
  • Recognized Electrical Qualification
  • City & Guilds 17th Edition in Electrical Installations
  • City & Guilds Test and Inspection
