We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in West Leicestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is looking to make a real impact on a growing SME.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Lead the month-end and year-end close processes.Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior leadership team, supporting business growth and profitability.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial standards.Manage cash flow, financial planning, and analysis to drive operational efficiency.Work closely with production and operational teams to align financial performance with business objectives.Line management of 2 people.Requirements:ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or Qualified by experience Strong experience in manufacturing Standard costing, bill of materials, labour variances, etc.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.Leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team.The role is based on site 5 days a week with a 12pm finish on Fridays.
