We are looking for a dedicated Finance Manager to work for a UK leading supplier of materials in Hinckley. You will oversee all the financial operations and ensure the company’s financial health.Daily duties will include:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts including supporting reconciliations
  • Reviewing control accounts reconciliations on a rolling basis to aid year end
  • Monitor the completion and production of sales and purchase ledger
  • Preparation of year end accounts, including the provision and assistance of the annual audit
  • Complete monthly 1-2-1’s and annual Performance Development Reviews with the team

Experience required:

  • Fully qualified ACCA / AAT / CIMA
  • Proven experience in managing an Accounts team/department. 
  • Advanced knowledge of excel and reporting
  • Knowledge of Access Dimensions preferred but not essential
  • Experience of payroll and daily, weekly, monthly and annual accounting
