We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team member who has an eye for detail and excellent co-ordination skills with diary planning and management experience in which pace, teamwork and flexibility are key.

The Consultancy Coordinator provides full administrative assistance to our Consultancy team, increasing their time available to provide chargeable work. To achieve this, it is imperative to build strong relationships within the team and expand your knowledge of the business and industry as it grows daily.

There is an opportunity to undertake apprenticeships across the business and relevant to this role

We require the right applicant to have the following experience and qualities:

¦ Customer service experience preferably in a corporate environment.

¦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver information to clients in an empathetic manner.

¦ Experience of Microsoft Office with the ability to learn bespoke systems.

¦ The ability to understand client requirements & learn how to interpret documents.

¦ A strong attention to detail and focus on delivering an excellent client experience at all stages.

¦ A positive approach in a fast-moving, busy team environment.
