The Role

As an HR Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting clients with HR-related queries, providing high-quality documentation, and ensuring that all materials meet legal standards. This is a busy and fast-paced role that requires a strong understanding of Employment Law, specifically relating to policy wording and requirements. Attention to detail is crucial, as you'll be reviewing and drafting various HR documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client requests in line with company policy
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, video call, and email
  • Draft new documents and review/examine existing ones, offering critiques where necessary
  • Provide timely, efficient HR support to clients
  • Meet deadlines and targets consistently
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions
  • Use company systems and databases to manage client information

About You:

  • Previous experience in Employment Law or HR would be beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of employment practices
  • Confident communicator, with a client-facing approach and the ability to handle phone queries
  • Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail is a must
  • Experience working with KPIs or targets is a plus
