The Role:

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be essential to keeping the HR department running smoothly. Your outstanding organisational abilities will be crucial to making sure that all HR-related paperwork is completed correctly and quickly.

  • Create and Update Employee Handbooks for Clients
  • Ensure all HR related Administration is processed efficiently and appropriately
  • Process all new starter administration
  • Assist with employee life cycle administration, including leavers
  • Support with formal meetings for various Employee Relations cases

The Right Candidate:

  • Employment Law knowledge is crucial
  • Good customer service skills
  • It would be excellent to have prior experience with HR software systems.
  • Strong communication abilities, both writing and speaking, are required.
  • Strong time-management and organising abilities are essential.
