Job Overview:We are seeking a reliable and motivated Labourer with a valid CSCS card to join our team in Hinckley. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks on-site, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the project.
Key Responsibilities:-
General Labouring:
- Assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Site Support:
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to the required standards.

Health and Safety Compliance:
- Follow health and safety regulations and protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Material Handling:
- Assist in the management of materials on-site, ensuring proper storage and handling.

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:
- Valid CSCS card.
- Previous experience in a labouring role within construction or a related field is preferred.

Desirable:
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good physical fitness and stamina.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
