We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Onsite Account Coordinator to join our team, working directly at our client’s premises. This role offers the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The RoleAs an Onsite Account Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact between the recruitment agency and the client. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing the temporary workforce, and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities-
Workforce Management:
- Coordinate and manage the daily temporary staff.
- Ensure all shifts are filled promptly, maintaining 100% fulfilment rates with pre-arranged spares
- Monitor staff attendance and performance, addressing any issues efficiently on the shop floor.

Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and provide real-time support.
- Maintain regular communication with client representatives to address their staffing needs.

Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of shifts, attendance, and performance.
- Provide timely reports to the client and internal teams.
- Assist with onboarding and compliance checks for new starters.

Problem-Solving:
- Handle last-minute staffing changes or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.

Experience:
- Previous experience in recruitment, account coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within industrial or warehouse settings.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software (desirable).
