Sales Controller
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 5 days:
- Mon-Fri: 10am-7pm
- Sat: 10am-6pm
- Sun: 10am-4pm
Salary: 30,000 basic, uncapped commission, OTE up to 60,000

Igloo is recruiting an experienced Sales Controller on behalf of a prominent car retailer in Hinckley. In this role, you will lead and support the sales team, ensure site performance meets company standards, and help drive overall success in a high-volume used car environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily performance of the site.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Assist the sales team in closing deals and increasing sales of value-added products.
- Audit sales processes and financial documents to ensure full compliance.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong experience in used car retail and sales management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Organised, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Passionate about delivering results and maintaining high standards.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- FCA accredited or willing to undertake training.
- Previous experience in car supermarket or volume used car management is preferred.
Benefits:
- Basic salary of 30,000.
- Uncapped commission potential, with OTE up to 60,000.
