Are you an experienced HR Manager looking for the next step up in your career?

We are looking to recruit a HR Manager to work for our well established and market leading client based in Hinckley.

In this role you will be managing, supporting and mentoring a team of 10 HR professionals.

The ideal candidate will be a people focussed, data driven leader, CIPD qualified with thorough knowledge of HR practices and employment.

Responsibilities for this HR Manager role:

To mentor and monitor HR professionals ensuring they provide commercially focused, quality advice and documentation to clients

Liaise with clients to discuss their requirements to create their HR/employment documentation or to critique the clients own documentation to meet their needs

Ensure client complaints relating to departmental issues are dealt with appropriately and within the SLAs

Lead in the recruitment of new HR and other staff arranging and being the main trainer during induction training.

Identify and lead training where required ensuring that all office staff are included where appropriate and ensure compliance with current legislation.

Undertake daily meetings with your team and attend required management meetings

Undertaking interim and end of probationary reviews with new staff as required and in a timely manner.

Person specification for this HR Manager:

Thorough knowledge of HR practices and employment law

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Confident and diplomatic when facing clients and on the phone

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to deliver group training

Ability to mentor and motivate

Willingness to travel and overnight stays
