SF Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a market-leading organisation to fill a temporary HR Advisor/Generalist role at their UK Head Office in Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide essential support during a busy period for 3 to 6 months. Our client is a growing international business committed to its employees and offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

The Role:

As a HR Advisor/Generalist, you will join a welcoming HR team to cover a busy period. The role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of HR functions, offering professional advice and support on various HR matters. While ER casework is not the primary focus, you will engage in building and maintaining strong working relationships with business partners and providing value-added HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR advice, guidance, and support to leaders and employees, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practices.
Offer expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Assist in the development of job descriptions, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking.
Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to challenge and influence constructively.
Capable of working effectively in a team and independently.
Willingness to go the extra mile during peak periods.
Ability to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressure.
