Description
- Work in a fast-paced environment, offering employer focused solutions
- Manage a caseload of various complex ER issues from start to finish, including document reviews
- Build excellent client relationships to ensure you understand the clients requirements, and achieve their objectives
- Provide a range of options for our clients to select from, including best practice/ legally compliant solutions, ensuring any risk to the business is effectively communicated
- Provide legally compliant employment law and ER advice, tailoring advice to give best practice and commercially focused options for our clients to select from
Profile
- Proven HR Advisory experience
- CIPD qualified
- Knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Full employee relations knowledge including complex cases
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Able to maintain efficient and focused client relationships
- Able to work at pace and compete with conflicting priorities
