Description
- Provide effective HR advice to clients, adhering to current legislation and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with clients to resolve HR issues, promoting positive employee relations.
- Manage and implement HR projects as required.
- Support clients in managing change within their organisations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Experience working as HR Advisor in previous organisation
- CIPD not essential
- Working in the Retail or hospitality sector in a role but covering HR is acceptable
- Excellent knowledge of current HR legislation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Can commute to Hinckley Monday to Friday
