Description

  • Managing a diverse caseload of Employee Relations (ER) issues, ranging from straightforward, one-off queries to complex, multi-faceted cases.
  • This includes handling the entire process from initial inquiry to resolution, such as conducting document reviews.
  • Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients to fully understand their needs and support them in achieving their objectives. This involves adopting an empathetic and tailored approach to address individual client requirements.
  • Presenting clients with a range of solutions, from best-practice and legally compliant recommendations to more commercially driven options, while ensuring any associated risks are clearly communicated.
