Human Resources Advisor

Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of Employee Relations (ER) issues, ranging from general queries to complex cases. The successful candidate will have the chance to build excellent client relationships, providing pragmatic, business-oriented advice tailored to each client's unique needs. With a focus on continual development and growth, this role provides unparalleled experience in the field of HR advisory.

The Role:

  • Manage a caseload of various ER issues ranging from general one-off queries to multiple complex ER cases from start to finish including document reviews.
  • Build excellent client relationships to understand the clients' requirements and support them achieve their objectives with an empathetic approach.
  • Provide a range of options for our clients to select from including best practice/ legally compliant solutions in addition to more commercially focused solutions ensuring any risk to the business is effectively communicated.
  • Attention to detail is key as is excellent communication and listening skills.
  • The HR Advisor role gives you the exposure to deal with an extensive range of employment matters across various industries.
  • No two days are the same, and each client interaction is unique.

The Right Candidate:

  • Good understanding of employee relation matters
  • Broad knowledge of employment law
  • Understanding of ACAS best practice
  • Experience in previous HR advisory roles or actively managing a team
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to provide employer-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment
