Litigation Manager - Field Based Salary: Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance We are partnering with an established HR consultancy to recruit an experienced Litigation Manager to lead a team of Litigation Field Consultants. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional with a background in employment law and leadership to join a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional client service. Role Overview As a Litigation Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day management and performance of the litigation team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal support and advice to clients. You'll be responsible for inspiring and developing the team, managing case throughput, and maintaining effective client relationships. Key Responsibilities - Manage, motivate, and develop a team of Litigation Consultants, ensuring they meet both quality and performance standards. - Oversee case allocations and ensure timely completion of tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) cases. Support case deadlines and hearings as needed. - Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and implement ongoing development initiatives to enhance team capabilities. - Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for escalated client inquiries or service issues. - Handle team absence management, disciplinary matters, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. - Work closely with the Senior Consultant and Associate Director of Legal to support broader management initiatives and maintain seamless service. About you - Demonstrated expertise in advising and supporting clients on employment law matters, including experience with preliminary and full merits tribunal hearings. - Proven background in leading or managing a team that provides professional services to clients, ensuring high-quality performance. - A proactive mindset, a thirst for knowledge, and effective communication skills to foster teamwork. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities with flexibility and resilience. - Strong organisational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
