- Assist with commercial sales and purchase transactions, conduct due diligence, and prepare CPSE replies with guidance from fee earners.
- Support lender-financed transactions by reviewing security documents and liaising with lenders’ solicitors.
- Communicate with clients, agents, and third parties to facilitate efficient transactions and ensure progress.
- Maintain client files and documentation in line with firm procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to fee earners, including file management, document collation, and scheduling.
- Conduct basic Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and identify risks in transactions, escalating as needed.
- Perform legal research to assist with complex property matters and stay updated on developments in commercial property law.
