Macildowie are working with a well-established business based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, to recruit a Digital Marketing Assistant.
The Role:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support the optimisation of user journeys and help drive conversion rate improvements across digital platforms. You will assist in refining key touchpoints such as product pages, test request forms, and configurator engagement. Additionally, you will contribute to content updates using an enterprise-level CMS, ensuring consistency across global markets and optimising content for conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CRO strategies to enhance website performance.
- Assist in optimising website content to drive engagement and conversions.
- Help apply SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility.
- Use analytical tools to assess user behaviour and support performance improvements.
- Assist in A/B testing and personalisation strategies.
- Work collaboratively across teams to support multiple projects.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Some experience or knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
- Interest in content optimisation and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics.
- Exposure to A/B testing and personalisation strategies is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience working on B2C websites or an interest in digital marketing.
- Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is advantageous but not essential.
