THE OPPORTUNITY:Macildowie are currently recruiting for an ISO Administrator working for a business based in Hinckley. This is a fully office based role with full time hours. THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and deliver ISO 14001 and 9001 consistently. Support the audit process throughout Actively look and embrace continuous improvement providing accurate and up to date information Complete customer pre-qualification questionnairesCoordinate and deliver Construction Lines accreditation Coordinate the internal audit schedule ensuring the team auditing are trained sufficiently.Carry out procedural investigations to ensure we are working efficiently.Facilities ManagementCarry out aspects and impacts reviews annuallyKeep the Operations Planner up to date Be aware of current business processes and suggest improvements Update Policy statementsSupplier reviews to be completed as required and new suppliers to be assessed as and when. Review training gaps and ensure we are covered e.g. first aid, fire marshals etc. Produce monthly Tool Box Talks on a range of subjects around health and safetyEnsure all Risk assessments are kept up to date Conduct any initial safety investigations and provide guidance.Ensure we keep copies of all equipment certifications Ensure roll call and organisation chart are kept up to date.Review the Legislative Register quarterly.Action legislation email updates monthlyCommunicate any changes to legislations/regulations to the Senior Management team.Update Policy statementsProvide health and safety induction and be a point of reference for the company.Respond to any adhoc business requests including provision of supporting documentation, system reports etcEnsure SMT reports are completed on time and accuratelyInput monthly KPI data from electricity and any other servicesMeet all deadlines as set by the LM and Company proceduresProcess all internal and customer feedback forms quickly with qualityTake on board internal feedbacks; when necessary, coordinate projects for improvement through gaining prices and presenting suggestion to SMT. Respond to customer queries in a timely manner. Lead small changes initiative; chair meeting and set actions. Communicate progress to Operations Manager.EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:In order to be considered for this role you must have ISO experience, be computer literate, have excellent communication skills and excellent attention to detail
