Your new role

In your new job as a Teacher with Hays, you will work on a long-term basis as a Year 4 Class Teacher including planning and marking. You'll work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other Teachers to foster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. You will also benefit from the support of your dedicated Recruitment Consultant, Hollie, who will be on-hand throughout your placement and beyond.

What you need to succeed

To be successful in your new job, you will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils. This role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with strong experience in Key Stage 2. You'll need to have excellent behaviour management skills and be prepared to support SEND and EAL pupils. Most importantly, you'll be confident stepping into a new school ready to build relationships quickly!
