Job Title: Static Commercial Plumber

Location: Hinckley

Salary: £38,000

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday

No on call but overtime available.

About the Role: Are you a skilled Commercial Plumber looking for an exciting and stable role? Join a team and play a crucial part in maintaining and improving plumbing systems within a high-profile static site. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems, including pipework, drainage, and water supply systems.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing faults quickly and effectively.

• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance and emergency plumbing issues.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Upgrade and install new plumbing systems when required, including pumps, valves, and water treatment units.

• Maintain accurate records of all plumbing works and repairs.

• Work closely with site management and clients to provide top-quality service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent qualification).

• Proven experience in commercial plumbing maintenance and repairs.

• Strong understanding of water systems, pipework, drainage, and pressurized systems.

• Knowledge of health and safety best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.

Bonus Skills (Desirable but Not Essential):

• Experience working in a facilities management or commercial environment.

• Additional mechanical or HVAC-related qualifications.

• Familiarity with BMS systems.
