Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers ready to take on day-to-day and long-term cover roles in Leicester from January 2025. Whether you're looking for a new start or want to try your hand at supply - give us a call!Your new roleIn your new job as a teacher with Hays, you will play an essential role in creating a safe and supportive learning environment where children can explore, learn and grow. You might be delivering pre-planned work to cover PPA time or taking on longer-term placements which include planning and marking. You'll foster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues and collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall learning experience of the young people. What you need to succeedTo be successful as a Teacher with Hays, you will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or a Level 6 Early Years Qualification. As well as recent experience working in a school setting, you'll need to have excellent behaviour management skills and be prepared to support children with EHCPs or who speak English as an additional language.
