They are recruiting a Part Time PPA Teacher ready for the 24/25 academic year, they would like somebody to work 2 days a week and help support from reception right up to the big kids in year 6!Job Role:As a PPA Teacher (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of learning when class teachers are absent.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across different subjects and year groups, following the school's curriculum.Collaborating with class teachers to understand lesson objectives, learning outcomes, and any specific requirements for individual students.Providing support and guidance to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to the class teacher.Ensuring the effective use of available resources and materials to enhance learning experiences.Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress.Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.Experience teaching in a primary school setting.Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and the ability to deliver lessons across different subjects.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.If you are interested then please email me at or press apply!Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
