This role is part-time, 2.5 days per week as part of a job-share from January to July 2025. Your new roleIn your new job as a Class Teacher with Hays, you will play an essential role increating a safe and supportive learning environment where children can explore, learn and grow. This role is part of a job-share with another Teacher who is returning from maternity leave. Your teaching days will be Monday and Tuesday with a half-day every Wednesday for PPA and collaboration with colleagues.You'll foster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues and collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall learning experience of the young people. What you need to succeedTo be successful as a Teacher, you'll hold Qualified Teacher Status and possess astrong working knowledge of the Primary Curriculum. As well as recent experience working in a school setting, you'll need to have strong behaviour management skills and be prepared to adapt lessons for SEN pupils. Most importantly, you will be excited to work closely with another Teacher and confident stepping in to a new school!What you'll get in return
