As an Sales professional, you will play a key role in the growth of the department. Your main responsibilities will include handling incoming enquiries, preparing quotations aligned with KPIs, and proactively following up to convert opportunities into orders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet personal and departmental sales targets.
  • Provide basic technical advice and recommendations as needed.
  • Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain a three-month sales forecast.
  • Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Develop new and existing customer accounts.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up to improve conversion rates.
