Key Responsibilities:
- Meet personal and departmental sales targets.
- Provide basic technical advice and recommendations as needed.
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and maintain a three-month sales forecast.
- Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Develop new and existing customer accounts.
- Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls to potential and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up to improve conversion rates.
- Experience in customer relations.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Computer literate with good IT skills.
