What You'll Do:
- Manage Recruitment: Use CRM systems to keep track of candidates and recruitment progress.
- Best Practices: Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with right-to-work legislation.
- Experience Utilization: Apply your background in in-house or agency recruitment to make an impact.
What We're Looking For:
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Understanding of right-to-work laws.
- Background in either in-house or agency recruitment.
