We're on the lookout for an experienced, results-driven Head of Sales to lead our high-performing sales team within a fast-paced, high-volume car supermarket environment.







Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a large, multi-site sales team to consistently exceed volume and profit targets.

  • Design and deliver a clear, results-focused sales strategy aligned with company objectives.

  • Monitor sales performance using key KPIs and real-time data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Champion an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to aftersales, building loyalty and referrals.

  • Maximise opportunities in vehicle finance and value-added product (VAP) sales.

  • Manage stock presentation standards and aged inventory to ensure optimal turnover.

  • Drive digital transformation using CRM systems and sales technology to streamline operations.







Skills:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior automotive sales leadership role.

  • A strong background in a high-volume retail or car supermarket environment.

  • A proven ability to lead teams to exceed sales targets and deliver strong financial results.

  • Excellent people management, coaching, and development skills.

  • Commercially astute, data-led, and confident in using insights to make strategic decisions.

  • Deep understanding of the used car market and evolving consumer buying behaviours.

  • Proficient with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
