As they continue to expand, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team.

THE ROLE:

They are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the business by identifying and securing new clients, nurturing existing relationships and driving the company’s business development efforts. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and targeting potential clients in need of asset financing solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Understanding the financial needs of a client and tailoring asset financing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Preparing and presenting financial proposals to clients.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors, and industry changes to develop new strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI’s

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you need to have proven experience in business development – ideally asset finance, vehicle finance or a related industry. You need to demonstrate string financial acumen and the ability to understand complex financial solutions. Furthermore, you must be self motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
