Part time Showroom Host

Part time Showroom Host required for a Used Car Supermarket in Hinckley 

Salary £11.44ph. Working Hours: Part time weekend only. Sat 10am- 6pm & Sun 10am-4pm

We are looking for a Showroom Host to join our team at our busy Store in Hinckley. You will be responsible for being the first person a customer sees when entering a showroom and making sure that the customers’ needs are met. Building a relationship with the customers and assisting them with their car purchase or any questions they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Being the face of the Store and welcoming customers when they enter
• Greet everyone in a courteous manner and positively represent the brand
• Build a relationship with the customers, provide them with an exciting experience every minute they are in the Store
• Assist customers with their appointments, helping show them around the car before their test drives. and then welcoming them back
• Provide customers with answers to any questions they have while they are with us
• Take responsibility of any walk-in customers
• Take responsibility for the presentation of the Store, ensuring that it is clean and tidy and presented to a high level

What you need:

• Experience within a customer-facing role
• Have energy and the confidence to proactively talk to customers to build a rapport with them
• You are a great communicator who will share knowledge, experience and best practices, you understand the importance of what you do and work collaboratively with other teams to deliver results
• Presentable and professional in appearance and communication to customers
• Proactive and reactive, able to predict customer needs and expectations
• You are natural and welcoming with customers, putting them at the heart of whatever you do.
• You have the energy and drive to deliver beyond expectation
• You are always looking for ways to build and deliver new initiatives to help improve our store for customers
   

Weekends only:
Sat  10:00 - 6:00pm
Sun 10:00 - 4:00pm
