The Role

You’ll provide emotional support, conduct clinical assessments, manage risk, and offer structured video counselling. This role also includes time towards BACP accreditation.

  • Telephone counselling and assessments
  • Risk management in line with policies
  • Online CBTmentoring and structured caseload support
  • Solution-focused approach to client outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma Level 4 in Counselling (150 hours minimum)
  • BACP registered (or equivalent) with 12+ months’ post-qualification experience
  • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
