Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Wellbeing Counsellor to join a leading EAP and OH provider. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Sunday Times 'Best Place to Work’ organisation, supporting over 85,000 clients and 11 million lives.
The Role
You’ll provide emotional support, conduct clinical assessments, manage risk, and offer structured video counselling. This role also includes time towards BACP accreditation.
Key Responsibilities
- Telephone counselling and assessments
- Risk management in line with policies
- Online CBTmentoring and structured caseload support
- Solution-focused approach to client outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma Level 4 in Counselling (150 hours minimum)
- BACP registered (or equivalent) with 12+ months’ post-qualification experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
