Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated and caring SEN EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Hinckley (LE10). This is a full-time position offering a daily rate of 90-105, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), focusing on those with SEN.
Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, encouraging their academic and social development.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to monitor progress and adapt support as needed.
Essential Requirements:
Experience working in the UK in an EYFS or SEN teaching assistant role.
Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (ideally).
A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions carefully.
