Aspire People are currently seeking a dedicated and caring SEN EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Hinckley (LE10). This is a full-time position offering a daily rate of £90-£105, depending on experience and qualifications.Key Responsibilities:Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), focusing on those with SEN.Assist with the planning and delivery of tailored learning activities.Provide one-to-one and small group support to children, encouraging their academic and social development.Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to monitor progress and adapt support as needed.Essential Requirements:Experience working in the UK in an EYFS or SEN teaching assistant role.Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (ideally).A DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).Passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs.Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions carefully.Please Note: This is a full-time role, so only apply if you are available for the duration of the placement.At Aspire People, we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
